Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the "Countra" app by Siyar Yamin.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. One account per person. Minimum age: 16 (younger only with parental consent).

In particular, the following is not allowed:

• offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent or illegal usernames, display names, profile pictures, group or challenge names,
• harassment, spam or impersonating others,
• manipulating results (cheating) or attacking the app and its servers.

You can report and block users at any time. We review reports within 24 hours, remove objectionable content and suspend responsible accounts.

The app does not replace medical advice. Only train if your health allows it and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. Use at your own risk.

We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it. Features may change or be discontinued.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact: siyar.yamin1@gmail.com
