Konto löschen
So löschst du dein Countra-Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten:
In der App (sofort)
- Freunde-Tab oder Einstellungen → Profil öffnen
- „Konto löschen“ wählen und mit deinem Benutzernamen bestätigen
Ohne App
Schreibe eine E-Mail an siyar.yamin1@gmail.com mit deinem Benutzernamen und der E-Mail-Adresse deines Kontos. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung.
Was wird gelöscht?
- Konto (E-Mail, Passwort-Hash), Benutzername, Anzeigename, Profilbild, Land
- Alle in der Cloud gespeicherten Workouts
- Freundschaften, Gruppen und Challenges, die du erstellt hast, Mitgliedschaften, Blockierungen und Meldungen
Nichts davon wird aufbewahrt. In Sicherungskopien des Hosting-Anbieters können Daten bis zu 30 Tage verbleiben und werden danach automatisch gelöscht. Workouts, die nur lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert sind, entfernst du durch Deinstallieren der App.
Delete your account
In the app (immediately)
- Open Profile (Friends tab or Settings)
- Choose “Delete account” and confirm with your username
Without the app
Email siyar.yamin1@gmail.com with your username and the email address of your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm the deletion.
What is deleted?
- Account (email, password hash), username, display name, profile picture, country
- All workouts stored in the cloud
- Friendships, groups and challenges you created, memberships, blocks and reports
Nothing is retained. Data may remain in the hosting provider's backups for up to 30 days and is then deleted automatically. Workouts stored only on your device are removed by uninstalling the app.
